How it works

As soon as a management company books a turnover, maintenance ticket or photo shoot on PropTurn, the job is routed to the available partners in that area. No WhatsApp groups, no phone tag, no "can anyone do this?" messages.
Every job shows you the address, access notes, SLA window, pay amount and what counts as done. Accept with a single tap and the job is yours. Decline and it re-routes within seconds — no penalty.
When the operator signs off that the job is done — photos, checklist, ticket resolution — your invoice generates automatically. You don’t chase, you don’t re-invoice, and you don’t need to remember which operator owes which.
One profile, many operators. Every job you do builds a cross-operator trust score — punctuality, photo quality, SLA hit-rate. That score unlocks higher-rate work, multi-operator placements, and priority routing.
Operators run on PropTurn’s client-money rails. Pay is scheduled — weekly by default, fortnightly on request — and released when the job is signed off. No 30-day wait, no "I’ll pay you on Friday" chases.
Every job has an SLA window attached (say, turnover by 3pm or EICR within 48h). The countdown is visible to you and the operator. If the clock is about to breach, the platform flags it — not you.

Pay cadence
Friday release, Monday in your bank. Fortnightly or monthly on request — sometimes preferred for VAT-registered crews.
Protection
Pay sits in a ring-fenced client-money account authorised by the FCA, not the operator’s business account. If the operator goes under, your pay-in-flight is still routed.

Flat subscription, first job free. Covers the app, client-money pay rails, multi-operator reputation score and automated invoicing. No percentage to PropTurn on top of your invoice — your rate card stays with the operator.

Yes for most trades — standard public-liability cover for cleaning / linen, Gas Safe for gas, Part P for electrical, City & Guilds or NVQ evidence for trades. Photography and staging don’t need DBS. We check at onboarding and flag renewals before they expire.
