Three directions · all investor-audience · palette unchanged

Three redesigns of the homepage.
Pick the one that speaks to a professional landlord.

Same navy/gold/cream. Same Inter + Source Serif 4. Same copy core. Different structural emphasis per direction — document & governance vs product & console vs calculator & yield. Open each one, live with it, then tell me which to build out.

ADirection · A

Portfolio Desk

An institutional operator for private portfolios.

Audience
Multi-asset landlords · HNW portfolios · family offices.
Signature moves
Live desk console · services ledger · competitor table · worked fee example.
Pick this if
You want gravitas: Savills-meets-BTL-lender, governance-first, authoritative.
  • Services shown as a grouped ledger table (not feature cards)
  • Real competitor comparison matrix (Houst · Pass the Keys · traditional agent · self-manage)
  • Worked £ example on a £24k/yr property — three options, three take-homes

Managed Portfolio

A platform for professional landlords — run from one console.

Audience
Serviced-accommodation operators · professional STR landlords.
Signature moves
Stylised owner-console preview · six operating modules with mini data previews.
Pick this if
You want product-forward: the site shows the software, not just describes it.
  • Mini dashboard mockup in the hero (KPIs, revenue chart, bookings, compliance)
  • Six operating modules with live-looking preview tiles each
  • Clean two-column fee panel (included vs quoted separately)

Yield Engine

Turn rent into yield — calculator-first, investor-first.

Audience
BTL investors · yield-driven landlords · prospective SA operators.
Signature moves
Projected-yield calculator in the hero · 6-stage automation flow · net-yield benchmark bars.
Pick this if
You want conversion: calculator is the hook; numbers lead every section.
  • Interactive-looking yield calculator hero — postcode, beds, let type → net projection
  • Horizontal 6-stage "yield stack" with metrics at each node
  • Net-yield benchmark chart vs Houst · traditional agent · self-manage

Palette & type — unchanged

Navy #1a2341, gold #b8944f, cream #faf8f4. Inter + Source Serif 4. All three directions hold the existing brand system.

What’s changed vs current live site

Dropped the uniform 10-card grid, the generic Stripe-style pricing box and the centred-everything hero. Added real figures, competitor benchmarks, dashboard previews and a yield projection — the language a professional landlord is actually shopping for.
